If you are interested in volunteering for the Telluride Blues & Brews Festival, please complete this application form.
If you are accepted as a volunteer, you will be assigned two 6-7 hour shifts. We typically assign you one morning shift and one afternoon or evening shift. In exchange for your volunteer work, you will receive a 3-Day festival pass and a festival volunteer t-shirt.


Volunteer applications will be accepted until all positions are filled. Please keep in mind that positions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so the sooner you submit your application, the better your chances of securing your preferred position. 

Applications are processed on an ongoing basis. Acceptance notice begins in the early spring.

I understand and agree that submitting this application form does not automatically register me as a Telluride Blues & Brews Festival Volunteer. By submitting this form, I attest that the information I have provided on the form is true and accurate.

If I am accepted as a volunteer, I agree to the following:
-To satisfactorily complete my scheduled shifts.
-To arrive on time to my scheduled shifts.
-To NOT be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during my shifts.
-To NOT bring any pets with me to my shifts (yes, this means no dogs too).
-To be an ambassador of good will for the festival and to treat festival patrons with respect and courtesy.

I Understand that a one-time non-refundable fee of $25 must be paid before applicants are accepted to join the Blues Volunteer Team.

I understand if I fail to meet any of the above requirements, I will be charged the full amount for a 3-day festival ticket in the amount of $327.49.

If I am accepted as a volunteer and assigned shifts, I agree to notify the volunteer coordinator by no later than August 15, 2026 if I find I am unable to participate.  If you confirm your volunteer shifts and cancel after the deadline, you will be charged a courtesy fee of $75. This fee is commensurate with the time and labor costs associated with scheduling and confirming your assigned shifts. I understand that the festival may charge a courtesy fee of $75 if the volunteer schedule is not canceled before August 15, 2026.

I understand that camping and lodging are not provided to volunteers. Camping passes may be purchased separately at tellurideblues.com/tickets

I understand that neither the Telluride Blues & Brews Festival nor any of its officers, employees, or volunteers shall be held liable for any claims seeking damages for personal injury or property damage that may arise out of my participation as a volunteer for the festival. I also agree to indemnify the Telluride Blues & Brews Festival, its officers, employees, volunteers and the Town of Telluride harmless on account of any such claims.
